I don’t care what anyone says. If there’s anyone who knows anything about dosing, it’s me. Trust me, I’m a doctor.
At this point, if there’s one thing that I can tell you for sure, it’s that dosing varies highly from person to person.
In fact, I’ll walk you through an example.
I had 2 patients both of about the same Body-Mass-Index who struggled with Insomnia & otherwise were healthy. Both tried the exact same CBD product.
One patient needed 2.5 mg of CBD to sleep better while another needed 50 mg of CBD.
So, that just goes to show you just how variable the dose of CBD can be.
Now, it’s not different than over-the-counter & prescription medications. Let’s take the example of Ibuprofen – Advil. It’s very often used for headaches. There some patients experience pain relief with 200 mg, but there are other patients who need a couple thousand mg to get pain relief.
Having said that, I’ve worked with folks to help them figure out the exact mg of CBD that’s right for them. There is a methodology to it. And, I’ll walk you through that in either a consultation or an online course.
Ultimately, you don’t want to take too little because it won’t help to relieve your symptoms and you don’t want to take too much cause you’ll end up experiencing the side effects instead of the benefits of CBD. It’s about finding an optimal dose – one that’s not too little or not too much & is just right.
