What are the benefits of CBD Oil made from Hemp?

You’ve probably heard of a buzzword on the interwebs spreading like wildfire – CBD Oil. So today, I’m going to answer the question,

What are the benefits of CBD Oil?

The CBD in CBD Oil most usually comes from hemp – marijuana’s cousin that has less than 0.3% THC.

And, so, specifically, I’m going to discuss the benefits of CBD made from hemp, which is otherwise also known as hemp oil.

#1  From a legal standpoint point, CBD Oil made from hemp is much more accessible than CBD Oil made from marijuana. In most states, generally you don’t need a card or certification from a doctor to get CBD Oil made from hemp. And, it’s generally, not considered criminal to possess CBD Oil. There are of course a handful of exceptions. And, these states do require a card or certification from a doctor to get CBD Oil.

#2  Medically, you don’t have to worry about getting high off of the CBD Oil because the amount of THC is less than 0.3%. Remember, it’s THC that causes the high, especially when you consume it in excess amounts. And hemp has less than 0.3% THC. So, if there isn’t much THC to consume in the first place, then you’re eliminating the likelihood of getting high.

#3  And, this last fact may come as a complete surprise to you, but it’s entirely possible to get CBD Oil made from USDA certified organic hemp. In 2016, the United States Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Marketing Service-National Organic Program published a statement saying that,

For hemp produced in the United States, only industrial hemp, produced in accordance with the 2014 Farm Bill, as articulated in the Statement of Principles on Industrial Hemp issued on August 12, 2016 by USDA, may be certified as organic, if produced in accordance with USDA organic regulations.

So there you have an answer to the question, What are the benefits of CBD Oil made from hemp?
