What if I’m so sick that I can’t pick up my own medical marijuana?
You can designate a caregiver to assist you.
What is a caregiver?
A “primary caregiver” is a person who consistently assumes the responsibility for the housing, health or safety of the patient. Simply supplying medical marijuana does not qualify a person to be a patient’s caregiver. Generally, caregivers must be 18 years of age or older.
